Click on "Tools" then select "Internet Options". On the tab bar at the top, way to the right there is a tab called "Advanced". Select this tab. Then scroll down through this list until you come to "Security". About 7 checkboxes down the list you will come to 3 options ; " Use SSL 2.0", Use SSL 3.0", Use TSL 1.0".
