Seasonal Pesticide Inspector—Washington/Hancock Counties

The Maine Board of Pesticides Control (BPC) has a current vacancy for a 40-hour-per-week seasonal pesticide inspector position covering Washington and Hancock counties. The position runs for 40 weeks per season each year, from approximately the first of March through the end of November. The position is classified as an Environmental Specialist II which requires that you be on an employment register for upcoming vacancies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: In order to qualify, you must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution which includes 15 credit hours of science or engineering courses -OR- a four (4) year combination of education and/or experience in an environmental science or related area.
