Manufacturers' guide to Maine's E-Waste Law
Manufacturer's registration form (PDF) - To comply with Maine's Electronic Waste Law, manufacturers of televisions (including portable DVD players), computer monitors (including portable notebook computers, tablets, e-readers and digital picture frames), desktop printers, and video game consoles must complete and submit this form prior to selling their covered electronic products in Maine, and annually by July 1, to the Maine Department of Environmental Protection.
