Scallop Management Zones

Recognizing the scallop resource and fishery varies along the coast, the final rule will provide flexibility for different regions to use different measures with the common goal of rebuilding the resource by establishing three different scallop management zones (Fig. 1). There is no opt-in requirement for Zones.
