Maine communities continue to face challenges managing coastal resources under increasing pressure from use and environmental change. Former state legislator and former co-chair of the Maine Legislature's Joint Standing Committee on Marine Resources, entertainer, and Phippsburg resident Leila Percy, along with colleague Nancy Smith, Executive Director for GrowSmart Maine, will reflect on these challenges and the implications for "the way life should be."
