Bob Hamblen, City of Saco

Bob Hamblen is planning director for the City of Saco. He holds a Master of Arts from the Muskie Institute of Public Service at the University of Southern Maine. He is a member of the Maine Association of Planners, the American Institute of Certified Planners, and the Eastern Trail Alliance. His interests include the outdoors, travel, sea kayaking, and canoeing.
