Table 1. Erosion of the Willard Beach frontal dune of 7 to 10 meters (23 to 33 feet) was common in the Patriots' Day Storm. This table shows the erosion distances (measured in meters) at 19 transects spaced about every 30 meters along the beach. The greatest erosion was 11.6 meters (38 feet).
