Rules of the State Fire Marshal

The State Fire Marshal in compliance with the Maine Administrative Procedures Act, 5 M.R.S.A §8001 through 11008, has adopted the following FMO chapters. For recently (most recent rule-making session) incorporated National Fire Protection Association standards, the edition year is highlighted in red. These changes may represent content changes as well as incorporated references.
