Termination of Registration

At any joint registration, the lobbyist may file a termination notice informing the Ethics Commission that the lobbyist is no longer engaged by the client. The termination notice must be filed within 30 days of the termination.

The filing of the termination relieves the lobbyist of the obligation to file monthly reports.
