September 17, 2012 Man Dies in ATV Related Incident Waterboro, Maine - At approximately 2:00 PM today, a 47 year-old man died while attempting to remove an ATV from being stuck. He was operating a Polaris RZR side by side (two passenger) ATV on the trails of Waterboro when the machine became stuck in mud. While the man and two friends attempted to push the machine a medical event took place. The man died at the scene. Maine Game Warden Eric Blanchard is the primary investigating officer and was assisted by Warden Sergeant Tim Spahr. Assisting with the incident was Waterboro Rescue and York County Sheriff’s Office. The victims name is not being released at this time. |
