New Training Offered: Pediatric Disaster Training Course

Disaster preparedness and response is a community-wide effort. You will learn from pediatric disaster experts on how to prepare yourself and your organization for caring for children in a disaster.

Topics that will be covered:

• Identifying key disaster scenarios

• Coordinating hospital pediatric preparedness and response

• Pediatric general and acute care

• Triage of pediatric disaster patients

• Identifying and treating dehydration

• Pediatric resuscitation
