New Course Offering: Intermediate Incident Command System for Expanding Incidents (ICS300)

Wednesday and Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, May 25-26, 2011 Lincolnville Fire Department, 470 Camden Road (Rte 52) The Knox and Waldo County Emergency Management Agencies have jointly scheduled the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) training program titled “Intermediate Incident Command System for Expanding Incidents, G300”. This 2-day course is part of the National Incident Management System (NIMS) training requirements. Ray Sisk of Knox County EMA and Dale Rowley of Waldo County EMA will serve as co-instructors. The course will be held at the Lincolnville Fire Station located at 470 Camden Road (Rte 52) . Classes will run from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily. Lunch and breaks will be provided free of charge. There are no course fees. Mileage and lodging will not be provided. Course Prerequisites include successful completion of the FEMA courses IS-700, IS-100 and IS-200.
