SERC Announces System for Credit Card Payment of Fees

The State Emergency Response Commission (SERC) has established a system to accept credit card payments for annual Chemical Inventory Reporting Fees, Registration Fees and Toxic Use Reduction Fees.

Facilities that wish to pay fees via credit card should:

Fill out the appropriate fee worksheet (available from the SERC's online library);
Fill out the SERC Credit Card Payment Form.

The Credit Card Payment form is an Adobe Fillable .pdf form. The form can be printed and filled out by hand, or payment information may be typed in and the form then printed and signed. The Form may be submitted by FAX or mail. Credit card information will be held securely by the MEMA financial office.

Fees will also still be accepted by check.
