Updated "Suspicious Substance Protocol" Published

An administrative revision to the Suspicious Substance protocol has been posted on the Maine Homeland Security website, Responder Resource Page. The change is only to contact phone numbers for the US Postal Inspection Service. The basic protocol has not changed.

The Suspicious Substance Screening Tool form remains available at the same site. A presentation developed to walk through the main elements of the Protocol has also been published there.
