Dress right for cold weather safety

Now that winter recreation is in full swing, you'll be out in the chilly outdoors. Start being safe by dressing right. Avoid wearing cotton as the first layer next to your skin, either shirts or socks. Cotton absorbs moisture and increases the risk of frostbite. Make your first layer a synthetic fabric that wicks away moisture.
