When it's cold and nasty outside, keep warm indoors safely

Bookmark and Share

March 10, 2014

It's easy to get chilled even inside when the weather is nasty outside. Close curtains at night to limit cold air flowing from your windows. Put on an extra sweater. Drink warm fluids, but limit alcohol and caffeine. If you must use an extra heat source, follow all instructions to use it safely. Remember, it really is March, not January, so spring should be along soon!
