I received a yellow post card announcing the Public Safety Interoperable Communications (PSIC) Grant Program. What is that all about?

Over 2,300 yellow post cards announcing this grant were sent out on May 1st to individuals representing various levels of government and public safety organizations throughout the state. This is a mandatory requirement. While many of those that received this notice are not directly involved, it was sent to provide them awareness of the grant program.
