The Public Advocate's Office contributes Letters to the Editor, Op-Ed pieces and press releases for media coverage of emerging energy or telecommunications issues, on an occasional basis. Additionally, testimony at Congress, at the FERC or on panels at regional conferences also are all means for advocating in the public forum for consumer interests.
