The Maine Labor Relations Board will conduct a training for labor-management practitioners on May 30, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. which will include the following:
- Review of statutory framework for public sector collective bargaining in Maine
- Summary of recent Board and Hearing Examiner decisions
- Discussion of Board resources, procedures, and filing options
- Update on MLRB-related legislation from the 131st Legislature
The training will be provided free-of-charge and you will be able to attend either in person or remotely. For Maine attorneys, we’re planning on obtaining CLE credits for attendees.
