Agenda:

Review draft of strategic plan with objectives added from the Maine State Library staff.

The strategic plan draft was reviewed page by page, section by section. After much ensuing discussion, Debe Averill and Linda Lord agreed to meet on Nov. 12 to arrange the language into proper objectives. (Some language fit best under “action steps”). They also agreed to add action steps and a timeline.

The Commission’s next meeting will be held at the Maine State Library on Dec. 8, 2010.

Meeting adjourned at 3:00.
