Challenge for April

by Lester Dickey

Jim and George are standing at the corner, in the rain, anxiously looking for a taxi. They are sharing an umbrella. Jim is standing behind George and George is standing behind Jim. How is this possible? Why would they be standing this way?

Please e-mail Lester Dickey with your answer and your name, phone number, and the organization for which you work. Or call Barbara Buck at 624-9510. The winner will be drawn from all the correct entries and will receive a FREE pizza from Pat's Pizza. All answers must be in no later than the 14th of the month.

Last month's challenge brought 15 answers, of which all were correct responses. The winner is Michael Smith of the GIS Unit, Environmental Protection, chosen by random drawing.

The answer to the March Challenge was 6 children in the family, five boys and one girl (this actually describes my oldest daughter's family).
