BIS Director Appointed

It is my distinct pleasure to permanently appoint Richard (Dick) Hinkley to the position of Director of the Bureau of Information Services (BIS). I am very pleased to have someone of Dick's experience, knowledge and skill on staff. I would also like to thank Dick for so willingly stepping in to help out during this time of uncertainty. I know you join me in welcoming Dick on in a permanent capacity, and I am confident that he can assist in meeting the many challenges, which are ahead for the Bureau, agencies and the State.

Janet Waldron, Commissioner, Department of Administrative and Administrative Services, September 13, 2000
