On numerous occasions since September 11th 2001, I have been asked by various agencies what should be included in a disaster recovery plan. The following list contains items that would be included in a well rounded plan. Keep documentation simple, clear and concise. It is of the utmost importance that the plan is regularly maintained and exercised for reliability.
