How many integers (whole numbers) between 1 and 100 have at least one 3 in them?
For an additional challenge, but no prize except pride, how many integers between 1 and 1000 have at least one 3 in them?

The winner will be drawn from all the correct entries and will receive a FREE donated pizza, either from CJs Pizza or from the EDOC Cafeteria. All answers must be in no later than the 14th of the month.
Last month's challenge brought 41 submissions, with all having correct answers. The winner, chosen by random drawing, is Peter Moulton of Environmental Protection.
The answers to last months Challenge: Yes, John will make it to Marys house in 2.4 hours, using 14.4 gallons of gas. On the way home he will run out of gas but the current will take him the rest of the way. It will take 2 hours and 44 minutes for the return trip.
