Coordinates all training activities provided by the Natural Resources Service Center. Also provides professional level HR services for the Department of Agriculture, Conservation, and Forestry. Duties include coordinating HR related activities, performance management and coaching, investigations, grievances, labor/management, classification and compensation, workers compensation management, and training. Website Coordinator for NRSC. Coordinates all ADA/EEO activity for all of the natural resource agencies served by the Natural Resources Service Center.

Provides professional HR services to supervisors and employees within the Department of Environmental Protection, Department of Marine Resources and the Department of Inland Fisheries & Wildlife to include coordinating HR related activities, performance management, labor/management, investigations, classification and compensation, grievances, and training.

Primary contact for all position management, processing of FJA’s with assistance from the HR Managers, preparation of various reports such as vacancy lists, position reports, turnover statistics, and seniority lists. Drug and Alcohol Testing Coordinator for all agencies.

Primary contact for all recruitment, selection, and the hiring process.  These tasks will extend to the hiring exemption process, job postings, advertising, application review, and assistance in the interview and selection process.

Primary contact for all workers comp processing, Family Medical Leave applications and management, VDT reimbursements, OSHA reporting, and safety reports.  Responsible for maintaining natural resources agency organizational charts.
