OTHER PFR AGENCIES
The Consumer Complaint Division responds to consumer complaints submitted on-line (see link below), by mail or over the telephone. Consumers can also file complaint in person by visiting our agency in Gardiner, Maine.
Consumers will receive a prompt letter acknowledging their complaint. We make every effort to address complaints quickly; most can be resolved in 30 to 45 days.
