Consumer Complaints

The Consumer Complaint Division responds to consumer complaints by mail, over the telephone and in person to consumers who visit the agency.

Consumers will receive a letter acknowledging their complaint. We make every effort to address complaints quickly; most complaints are resolved within 30-45 days.
