SUPERINTENDENT’S NOTICE

TO INTERESTED PARTIES

 

Please note that Bulletin #70, Internet Banking, has been repealed. The Bulletin pertains to off-site monitoring of internet activities and requires notification to the Bureau when a financial institution establishes a website or changes a website's functionality or vendor/provider. Given the relative maturity of on-line banking and that IT has become a routine part of examinations, the notification requirements found in Bulletin #70 are no longer necessary.
