BANK SUPERINTENDENT'S NOTICE

TO INTERESTED PARTIES

 

            Kennebunk Savings Bank, Kennebunk, Maine, notified the Superintendent of the Bureau of Financial Institutions, pursuant to 9-B M.R.S.A. §336, of its intent to close its Sanford Downtown branch office located at 883 Main Street, Sanford, Maine.     

            You may request that the Bureau of Financial Institutions require Kennebunk Savings Bank to submit a comprehensive application in support of their proposal through Wednesday, May 26, 2010, pursuant to the provisions of 9-B M.R.S.A. §336.  Written comments should be submitted to the Bureau of Financial Institutions, 36 State House Station, Augusta, Maine 04333-0036 and electronic comments may be filed through the Bureau of Financial Institutions' Web site at http://www.maine.gov/pfr/financialinstitutions/index.shtml.
