FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS SUPERINTENDENT’S
NOTICE TO INTERESTED PARTIES

Government Employees Credit Union of Maine, Portland, Maine, has requested permission to amend its bylaws to expand its field of membership, in accordance with Title 9-B M.R.S.A. § 848.

Government Employees Credit Union of Maine is a multiple common bond credit union whose field of membership consists of several employee groups. The proposed bylaw change was to expand its field of membership to add employees of the following select employee groups:

• America’s Premier Fundraisers LLC, Portland, Maine
• Builders Insulation of Maine, Inc., Portland, Maine
• Impressive Printing Company, Inc., Portland, Maine and
• UniFirst Corporation, Portland, Maine.

The Bureau approved the request to expand its field of membership by adding the requested select employee groups. Therefore, the field of membership bylaw for Government Employees Credit Union of Maine is amended to add the select groups cited above.

Any person aggrieved by this final agency action shall be entitled to judicial review, pursuant to the provisions of the Maine Administrative Procedures Act, Title V, Chapter 375, Subchapter VII (5 M.R.S.A. § 11001, et seq.).
