STATE OF MAINE DEPARTMENT OF PROFESSSIONAL AND FINANCIAL REGULATION BUREAU OF FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS SUPERINTENDENT’S NOTICE TO INTERESTED PARTIES Maine Education Credit Union, Augusta, Maine, has requested permission to amend its bylaws to expand its field of membership, in accordance with Title 9-B M.R.S.A. § 848. Maine Education Credit Union is an associational common bond credit union whose field of membership consists of persons eligible to become members of the Maine Education Association and other persons sharing a close relationship to that common bond. The proposed bylaw change was to expand its field of membership to add employees of Kennebec Valley Chamber of Commerce. The Bureau approved the request to expand its field of membership by adding the requested select employee group. Therefore, the field of membership bylaw for Maine Education Credit Union is amended to add employees of Kennebec Valley Chamber of Commerce. Any person aggrieved by this final agency action shall be entitled to judicial review, pursuant to the provisions of the Maine Administrative Procedures Act, Title V, Chapter 375, Subchapter VII (5 M.R.S.A. § 11001, et seq.). /s/ Howard R.
