Please find the links to the Bureau of Financial Institution's proposed replace and repeal of Chapter 118 (Regulation 18) - Funds Availability and Truth-in-Savings, the Notice of Agency Rule-making Proposal setting forth the reasons for the re-promulgation, and the Small Business Impact Statement. The comment deadline is April 23, 2012.
