GPMI, LLC
Greater Portland Municipal Credit Union, South Portland, Maine, has advised the Bureau of Financial Institutions that it is withdrawing its application to establish a service corporation, to be known as GPMI, LLC.
Public notice of this application was originally provided May 4, 2001 and May 11, 2001 in the Portland Press Herald. No comments were received during the public comment period which closed June 4, 2001. On August 2, 2001, the Bureau granted a six-month extension and on February 4, 2002 the Bureau granted a second extension, until August 9, 2002.
The Bureau hereby terminates its processing of the application and considers the application withdrawn.
