In these cases Maine will permit a lead exclusion which begins ≥ 31 days after State of Maine Department of Health and Human Services or a DHHS licensed lead inspector has given insured notice of environmental lead hazard & insured failed to remove the lead hazard. |

MEDICAL PAYMENTS SUBROGATION |
