Fingerprinting Requirements for Investment Adviser Representatives

Chapter 515

Investment adviser representatives that are not also licensed as broker dealer agents must have a fingerprint card on file with the Office of Securities prior to licensing.

To request a fingerprint card, please send an email using the following link: Request Fingerprint Card

When you receive the fingerprint card, you can take it to anyone who does fingerprinting. Your local law enforcement agency, Sheriff's Department, State Police and County Jail are a few of the places that can do the fingerprinting for you.

The cost is usually $31.00.
