Tax Acquired Property List

Annually, the Unorganized Territory has tax acquired parcels that are sold via a sealed bid process. This process is administered by the Maine Revenue Services

 

The next sale will be in late 2013 or early 2014.  If you want a list of the parcels for that sale, please return a self-addressed 9 x 12 manila envelop with 6 first class stamps on the front and notation “2010 LS” appearing on the lower left corner to Maine Revenue Services, Property Tax Division, PO Box 9106, Augusta, ME  04332-9106.
