| Content/ | There are materials of great interest to genealogists, historical/contextual researchers, and |
| Scope: | educators. Of particular note are the comprehensive collections of town reports and school |
| yearbooks, family reunion sheets, Acadian Festival documents, and bound genealogy volumes |
| for area families. Along with a photograph collection and scrapbooks, the oral history tapes |
| and Dufour store ledger (dating from 1844) provide a unique perpective on Madawaska and its |
| residents. |
