Update Presentations on the 2022 Maine Shared CHNA Reports:
This year we are partnering with the Public Health District Coordinating Councils (DCCs) to provide updates on how the hospitals, Districts, and Community Action Programs have addressed the 2022 MeSCHNA priorities and MeCAP’s Community Needs Assessment priorities. These updates will take place at the DCC summer and fall meetings. We encourage you to attend to learn more about the progress made in your County over the past few years. Additional information on their work will be provided prior to the Fall Stakeholder Forums.
